A product launch where guests use the story instead of watching it

At most launches the product sits on a plinth while people around it talk about something else. These activations get guests inside the product's world — and get them telling the story themselves afterwards.

What we recommend for this event

Every one of these is from our own inventory, available to rent with staff.

AI photo booth — Press event, brand launch

AI photo booth

The guest steps into the product's world: we match the styling to the campaign visuals, so every photo carries the brand identity onwards.

GifieAR — Press event, brand launch

GifieAR

An AR layer around the product: through the phone, guests see what a static display piece can never show.

Holobox — Press event, brand launch

Holobox

The product floating in 3D, viewable from every angle. At a launch this is the visual both press and guests photograph.

Glambot — Press event, brand launch

Glambot

Premium slow-motion content from launch night. The first week of campaign social comes straight out of it.

Gifie Trading Cards — Press event, brand launch

Gifie Trading Cards

A product card series in which the guest becomes a character. Collectible, so guests spread the product world themselves.

Laser Lux — Press event, brand launch

Laser Lux

A personalised engraved gift at the launch — guests leave with a physical memento instead of a leaflet.

Print My Drink — Press event, brand launch

Print My Drink

The product logo on the drink. A small detail that shows up in a large share of launch-night photos.

Mosaic Photo Wall — Press event, brand launch

Mosaic Photo Wall

Guest photos build up into an image of the product on the wall. By the end of the night you have a shared branded visual that photographs itself.

Trivia Night — Press event, brand launch

Trivia Night

A quiz about the product's features — it feels like a game while teaching guests exactly what you want them to know.

Storytelling and personalisation

The content that survives a launch is the content the guest appears in. When the photo, card or engraved object is about them but in your identity, it's a personal memento and a brand carrier at once. That travels far further than a leaflet or a ten-minute presentation.

Press and influencer value

At a press event you need one distinctive, photographable visual and one piece of content that can be produced fast. Holobox and Glambot cover both: one ends up in the photos, the other produces the video that gets shared the same night.

Custom concepts we'd build for this

These aren't off-the-shelf rentals but concepts: if one appeals, we'll talk through the build and the lead time.

Custom concept

Discover Your Product Match

An interactive quiz → product recommendation → personalised AI visual → share or print. Guests don't just meet the product, they learn which version is right for them — and take that onto their own channels.

Custom concept

Launch Story Wall

Guests record a short video message or first reaction to the product, cut into one piece by the end of the night. At press events and influencer launches this makes the best aftermovie.

Example combinations

Starting points. We adapt any of them to your headcount, venue and budget — pricing always comes in a tailored quote.

Launch Starter

For a smaller press or partner event: one branded photo experience and one small photogenic detail.

Product Story Edition

When product understanding is the goal: 3D, AR and quiz along one route.

Not sure which one to pick?

Tell it your headcount, venue and vibe, and Gifie Match will put a concrete shortlist together — it already knows which event type you're on.

Frequently asked questions

Can the activations be styled to our campaign?
Yes. Digital screens, AI styles, printed items and physical wraps are all produced to your campaign visuals — we need the brand guide and files a few weeks before the event.
How long does AR or Holobox content take to produce?
From existing 3D assets, 2-3 weeks; from scratch, 4-6 weeks. If the deadline is tight, say so at the first call — it decides what's feasible.
How long do the custom concepts (Product Match, Story Wall) take?
These are builds, not stock. Typically 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the logic — we'll give you a realistic timeline at the first conversation.
