AI photo booth
Oktoberfest edition: the AI drops guests into dirndls, lederhosen or a Munich beer hall. One photo, ten seconds, and it's on their feed — we preset the Bavarian styling.
You don't need to fly to Munich for a proper Oktoberfest. We put together the games, photo experiences and food stations for a full Bavarian-themed company event — from beer benches to live leaderboards.

Every one of these is from our own inventory, available to rent with staff.

Oktoberfest edition: the AI drops guests into dirndls, lederhosen or a Munich beer hall. One photo, ten seconds, and it's on their feed — we preset the Bavarian styling.

Bavarian character cards made from your colleagues: “Pretzel Master”, “Bierkönig”, “Alpine Legend”. Collectible, printed, and it turns the queue by the bar into part of the fun.

Oktoberfest reaction contest: 30-second rounds, beer-hall graphics and a live leaderboard. Short rounds keep the queue moving — exactly what a standing party needs.

Head-to-head duel between two guests. Teams, departments or offices against each other — the Bavarian leaderboard builds itself after a few rounds.

Fast competitive table game with Oktoberfest graphics. Two players, five seconds, instant rematch — and it fits between the beer benches.

Bavarian prize wheel: every spin wins something, from mini pretzels to branded merch. A great entry point when you need to pull guests into the zone.

A claw machine we fill with your own giveaways — chocolate pretzels, plush, vouchers. The Oktoberfest wrap goes on the machine, so your brand shows up in every photo.

A strength test that fits the Bavarian “who's toughest” mood perfectly. One hit, one number on the display, and the beer bench has something to argue about.
Oktoberfest is one of the easiest event themes to land: everyone gets it in seconds, decor is cheap to source, and the mood is social by default. The catch is giving people something to do beyond the bench — without that, guests settle down after an hour. Short competitive activities and photo experiences solve exactly that.
Put one pull-in station by the entrance (prize wheel or claw machine), a photo experience in the middle where a queue can form, and a contest zone next to the benches so spectators become part of it. Spread the food stations out so the crowd doesn't bottleneck in one corner.

And if food is on the list too: pretzels, sausage and strudel are as much part of the Bavarian mood as the music. We coordinate these with Snack Supply, and they can land in the same quote as your activities.
Warm pretzels with several dips, run as a Snack Supply Snack Bar.
Sausage, pretzel, mustard and pickles on one counter. Custom concept – ask us for a quote.

Alcoholic or alcohol-free, staffed by bartenders, depending on your event rules.
These aren't off-the-shelf rentals but concepts: if one appeals, we'll talk through the build and the lead time.
The classic Bavarian stein-holding contest with a digital twist: guests hold a weighted stein at arm's length while the timer and leaderboard run on a big screen. Brandable, competitive, and it gathers a crowd after a couple of rounds.
A skill-based tossing game with oversized pretzel targets and a branded backdrop. Instantly learnable, works for kids and adults, and photographs well for the company recap.
Starting points. We adapt any of them to your headcount, venue and budget — pricing always comes in a tailored quote.
For small and mid-size company parties, 50-150 guests. One photo experience, one contest, one food station.
For 150-400 guests, where people move between stations all evening.
A complete branded Bavarian zone: decor, activities, food and staffing from one team.
Tell it your headcount, venue and vibe, and Gifie Match will put a concrete shortlist together — it already knows which event type you're on.
