Why Oktoberfest works as a company party
Oktoberfest is one of the easiest event themes to land: everyone gets it in seconds, decor is cheap to source, and the mood is social by default. The catch is giving people something to do beyond the bench — without that, guests settle down after an hour. Short competitive activities and photo experiences solve exactly that.
How to lay out the space
Put one pull-in station by the entrance (prize wheel or claw machine), a photo experience in the middle where a queue can form, and a contest zone next to the benches so spectators become part of it. Spread the food stations out so the crowd doesn't bottleneck in one corner.

The classic Bavarian stein-holding contest with a digital twist: guests hold a weighted stein at arm's length while the timer and leaderboard run on a big screen. Brandable, competitive, and it gathers a crowd after a couple of rounds.

Frequently asked questions
- How much space does an Oktoberfest activity zone need?
- The Starter package fits into roughly 15-20 m², a full zone needs 40-60 m² including queuing. Exact space requirements are listed on each activity page.
- Can the Bavarian mood work alcohol-free?
- Yes. The themed bar runs in an alcohol-free setup too, and the games and photo experiences are entirely independent of what's in the glass.
- How far in advance should we book?
- September and October are our busiest months, so plan 4-6 weeks ahead. For custom concepts (Stein Challenge, Pretzel Toss) add 3-4 weeks of development time.
